To boost effective transportation system in the state, Kaduna State government has donated 34 new Peugeot vehicles to Kaduna State Transport Authority.
The General Manager, Kaduna State Transport Authority, KSTA, Timothy Dan’Asabe, who disclosed this to  P.M.NEWS, said with the additional vehicles given by the state government  in addition to the over 100 existing ones will help the transport company improve its services.
Dan’Asabe noted that the donation of the vehicles no doubt has created a new dimension to the operations and strategies of KSTA.
He expressed satisfaction that the gesture will enable the company to cover new routes and chartered services for the public.
He also emphasised that new Peugeot 307 and Peugeot Partners would be properly maintained and used to give value to commuters wishing to travel outside the state.
The General Manager informed P.M.NEWS that efforts are in top gear to procure new 15-seater buses to boost its operations and revenue drive.
He also hinted that the company intends to purchase another 50-seater buses for the Municipal transport services to assist students in the state.
