Come this Sunday, 27 February, the city of Lagos will be agog as hundreds of celebs gather for a talk-of-the-town gig tagged Champagne Conversations.
The much talked about classy cocktail event, according to organisers, will be a memorable one as guests are promised helluva time having the fun of a lifetime at the first edition of the occasion, while all inhibitions will be left behind as they wine, dine and unwind, engaging in no-holds-barred conversations about yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Produced by Sodium Brand Solutions in partnership with BlackHouse Media and NET newspapers, Champagne Conversations promises to be an evening of beautiful ballads and banter interspersed with wild and wicked works from some of the best contemporary Nigerian music makers.
According to Abisoye Fagade, Principal Consultant, Sodium Brand Solutions, guests will include musicians, actors, young graduates, entrepreneurs, undergraduates, models, young media players and other key individuals within the youth segment.
While onlookers are still wondering what the event will look like, Fagade sheds more light on the event: “It’s just not about champagne and Champagne-based cocktails. It will also be about all manners of conversations you can think of. We will also have a lot of surprises as the event promises to be one of its kind, I promise you,†adding, “we’ve got some of the best brains around working on this. And the mandate is simple: create a one-of-its-kind event that people can look forward to every year. It’s easy to get bored in a place like Nigeria, we want to cure ourselves and our friends of this boredom; we want to sow seeds of fun and friendship and make everyone reap from it.
