Sultry actress, Tonto Dike has denied the rumour spreading like wild fire that she is dating 19-year old Hip Hop singer, Wiz Kid.
Tonto, who had been enmeshed in a couple of controversies, described the rumour as a publicity stunt, buttressing that only God knows what those peddling the rumour intend to achieve.
Though Tonto did not deny knowing the Holla At Ur Boy crooner, she reiterated that dating him is what any reasonable person should not think of.
During a recent phone chat with NollywoodReel, the light-skinned actress hinted that “of course I know him, but that does not mean I’m dating him. He is just a young guy trying to make a name in the music industry. I’m more than him in age and everything, so I wonder why some people in their wildest imagination will insinuate that I’m having an affair with him.â€
Since Tonto participated in the Next Movie Star reality show some years back, she has ranked among the most sought-after actresses in the industry. And she has also been a subject of many controversies.
At a time, she was alleged to be dating the boss of Mo’Hits Entertainment, Don Jazzy. She was also rumoured to have got drunk on a movie set and stripped in the process, and recently she was said to have acted in a soft porn movie.
She has however described the rumours as the handiwork of her detractors.
