Notable actors in the country are currently warming up for the second season of New Dawn, a television series sponsored by the Lagos State government.
The first season of the series is currently being aired on Lagos Television and it parades stars like Dele Odule, Jibola Dabo, Akin Lewis, Tina Mba and Jaiye Kuti among others.
New Dawn, NollywoodReel gathered, is a drama that captures the idealism, vision, loyalty and performance of a working governor.
The different stories revolve around the people and government.
In the words of Otunba Dapo Awobotu, the Chairman, Lagos State Films and Video Censors Board, LSFVCB, “New Dawn seeks to answer the question on whether the seat of power is a resting place for the privileged few or the beginning of a long tedious road with history.
