The unit chairman of Motorcycle Operators Association of NURTW, Agbado-Oke-Odo Local Council Development Area of Lagos State, Mr. Kamoru Bakare, has lauded members of his association for their large turnout during the voter registration exercise throughout the country.
According to him, “it is your right to register as a citizen of this country and nobody can deny you of your right.â€
The chairman also charged them not to cause any trouble that may portray them as bad citizens during and after the exercise.
He, however, advised the government to extend the time in order to enable other workers and Nigerians to register throughout the country.
He also warned his members not to take part in politics but perform their civic responsibilities like other Nigerians.
The chairman praised the effort of other units in Lagos for their peaceful conduct during the exercise.
