The show, which parades the best of Nigeria’s showbiz icons will subsequently hold  weekly in other key cities across the country including Awka, Owerri, Port Harcourt,  Calabar, Makurdi, Ilorin, Benin, Kaduna and Yola.

Globacom disclosed that after the success of the last edition of the concert, it  went back to the drawing board to re-package the fun-fest for the delight of  Nigerian youths. The telecoms giant said a massive, custom-made stage has been  procured for the show to fit its growing status and class as the foremost lifestyle  and entertainment show for both the young and the young at heart all over the  country.

Youths from the various locations will be entertained by a cast of top rated  Nigerian entertainers such as Wande Coal, Chocolate City Boys (MI, Jesse Jagz, and  Ice Prince), J Martins, Freewindz, Weird MC, Flavour, Terry G, Dr. Sid, Chidynma,  Palogie from Benin Republic and Glo Naija Sings winner, Casey Edema.

DJ Jimmy Jatt will also be there while the show will be anchored by Basket Mouth,  Okey Bakassi and Gbenga Adeyinka.

Living up to it’s billing as Nigeria’s most rewarding brand, Globacom has lined up  an array of exciting prizes to reward youths who exhibit their talents during the  various competitions programmed for the show, such as the Mr. & Miss Rock n Rule  contest and the Swagger King and Swagger Queen competition.

In 2004, Globacom introduced Campus Storm as the pivot of its youth engagement  activities. The show was an instant hit as it took campuses nationwide by storm and  brought unrivalled music experience to the undergraduates in the various tertiary  institutions. In 2008, the programme was re-packaged and renamed Rock ‘n’ Rule and  expanded to take care of youths all over the country.
