Some parts of the second floor of the new Igbosere magistrate’s court in Lagos was this morning gutted by fire.
The public relations officer of the Lagos judiciary, Mrs. Grace Aloh, confirmed the incident to p.m.news this morning saying that the fire which was caused by eletricial fault had been extinguished.
She said that only the second floor of the four storey building which was commissioned four months ago was affected by the incident.
The building was only put to use earlier this month. The delay was caused by the controversy that trailed its handing over process.
