The immediate past President, Lagos State Waste Disposal Board Multi Purpose Cooperative Society, Mr. Sunday Balogun, has expressed gratitude to the former governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and the incumbent governor, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, for making Lagos a success story.
Sunday who handed over to a new leadership attributed his achievements in office to the assistance rendered by both Tinubu and Fashola to the society during his tenure.
He said that the association was able to acquire some hectares of land in the state through their assistance, adding that they will forever remain grateful to them.
“Tinubu initiated the allocation of land to our members by giving us the allocation letter while Fashola completed it by giving us certificate of occupancy,†he stated.
