The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations recently launched an awareness programme for voter registration which commenced on 15 January and ends 29 January.
The chairman of the institute, Mr. Olajide Ologun appealed to the general public to go out and register because this is the time for change and refusal to register will only give room for wrong people to occupy public office; also remember that registration gives you the right to vote,†Olajide advised citizens to let apathy disappear and exercise their rights. He also assured that the election will be smooth
In the same vein past, council member, Alhaja Rabi Mohammed encouraged the good citizen of this country to go out and register, so as enable them the right to vote their choice into their desire post.
