Orile Agege football team fought hard to defeat Ojokoro 4-3 in the ongoing Lagos Junior League played Wednesday at the Campos Sports Centre, Lagos Island.
James Jerimiah opened the scoring for Orile Agege but Ojokoro cancelled the goal immediately.
The encounter which was watched by a large crowd saw Ahmed Ogundairo netted the second goal to end the first half 2-1 in favour of Orile Agege.
Both teams were delight to watch in the second half as they displayed football artistry. Orile Agege who were putting pressure on their opponents got their third goal via Ogundairo to extend the lead.
Orile Agege, who outplayed their opponents in the first half, began to play to the gallery giving Ojokoro the chance to cancel the two goals to level the score line.
Jerimiah’s goal was all Orile Agege needed in the 89th minute to win the encounter at the regulation time.
