Gospel singer, Esther Igbekele, shone at the Lagos State Government House as she got a loud ovation after playing as a guest during the thanksgiving service organised by the governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Fashola to celebrate Christmas and the New Year.
Esther, who played alongside talented musicians like Pastor Kunle Ajayi and others, gave a good account of herself while playing before the former governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the incumbent governor Fashola, respected men of God including Pastor Enoch Adeboye, Pastor Paul Adefarasin, Pastor Igbhodalo and Pastor S.K. Abiara, among others.
At the end of the programme, the wife of the governor and some of her friends took to the dance floor and danced to the music of Igbekele for about 45Â minutes.
