The executive chairman of Coker Aguda Local Council Development Area of Lagos State,  southwest, Nigeria, Mr. Aliu Babatunde Kazeem, has declared intention to run for a  seat in the Federal House of Representatives from Surulere Constituency II, under  the Action Congress of Nigeria Party, ACN.

Speaking with reporters recently, Kazeem stated that, “having served meritoriously  as the chairman of Coker Aguda for  two terms, I believe it istime to move  to the  national level to serve the people.  I hope to replicate the job I have done as a  chairman and even more. As a true democrat, I want to serve Surulere by effectively  represent its interests at the national level,” he said.

Kazeem believes that his achievements and hard work at elevating the standard of  living of the people at the grassroots level through  employment, educational  support and  poverty alleviation, show he is the choice of the people and  ready to  represent  them.
