Nigerians have been advised to invest heavily on her youths so that the country and  African continent can reap abundantly from the vast energies of the young ones to  tackle diseases, ignorance and skill gaps in various sectors of the economy.

This was the submission of an aspirant to the Lagos Central Senatorial District seat  in the National Assembly on the platform of Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN),  Tolagbe Animasaun, while unfolding his ambition recently.

According to him, his desire to vie for a seat at the Senate was borne out of the  urge to empower the youths of the district and give them a voice in their quest to  secure a promising future.

He said he hopes to achieve that by exploring and exploiting the revenue potential  of his constituency by seeking legislation allowing for derivation from revenue  generated by federal institutions located within the area he seeks to represent at  the Senate.
