Nigeria-born music promoter and singer, Charles Adedeji popularly known as Flex, has denied the rumour  making the rounds that he had a face-off with his friend and Chelsea of England stricker, Nicholas Anelka, over his romance with Farnaz Khodayari, a former beauty queen in Switzerland.

Flex has a new video entitled Be My Wife on air, which he shot in Switzerland and featured Farnaz and Anelka as special guests in it. But shortly after the video shoot, it was reported that Farnaz, who was said to have had an affair with Flex, pitched her tent  with Anelka on the arrival of the football star to the location.

This, according to the rumour, however, did not go down well with Flex, who confronted Anelka on the issue, but he was said to have replied in a rather harsh tone, claiming that the Nigerian singer shouldn’t have asked him such question in the first place.

According to reports, both men would have engaged in a fisticuff but for the prompt intervention of security guards on location.

However, when P.M. Entertainment called Flex, who had just returned from a tour of Europe on phone, he claimed that his relationship with Anelka is still intact as ever.

According to him, what happened between them was a minor issue which had been resolved amicably.

Hear him: “Well, it is not everything that I will want to say here, but there is no big deal about the whole thing. The lady in the video is a former model of the year in Switzerland. I met her few weeks to the shooting and thought she has the qualities to be in the video. We exchanged contacts and started talking and I eventually used her for the video. Anelka is also a friend that came for the video shooting because he had a grudge with his coach at the World Cup then. He left the World Cup in South Africa and came to hang with me during the video shooting. He is still my friend and I don’t think I have any problem with him. Let’s forget about everything. Flex and Anelka are still friends.”

The Samba Unit Entertainment boss added that the international album launch of one of the artistes in his stable will hold soon in Canada, USA and the UK. “And, of course, Nicholas Anelka is still going to be one of our special guests, that means we are still friends. Kelly Rowland and Tuklan will be there as well,” he enthused.
