A member of the Lagos State House of Assembly  representing Lagos Mainland  Constituency 1 on the platform of Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), Mr. Adekunle  Ademoye, has said that he is fully in the race to represent Lagos Mainland in the  Federal House of Representatives in 2011.

Ademoye, who is the chairman of Housing Committee, spoke on the problems that  residents face on housing and in the hands of fake and unprofessional agents in the  state, saying that a bill on that will soon pass through the third reading and will  be concluded soon.

Speaking on his mission for the generality of the people of Lagos Mainland, Ademoye,  a graduate of Computer Science at the Lagos State University (LASU), said he will  not relent in his efforts to boost education and health to which he has been  committed since he was voted in in 2003.

He asserted that it was only a courageous man that will perform excellently under  any condition, no matter the prevailing negativities of the time or otherwise,  adding, “my courage will allow me to assert my political will to get things done for  the betterment of the entire people of Lagos Mainland.

He, however, urged the youth to be more focused and to shun all forms of political  and electoral violence. He also advised them not to sell themselves out cheap and be  used by mischievous and unscrupulous politicians in the state, while enjoining  everyone to register en masse during the forthcoming voter registration exercise.
