Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola has drawn the attention of some stakeholders to the deplorable condition of two roads in Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area of the state.

At the legislative/executive parley held at Tulip Hotel recently, Fashola drew attention to the Ado-Soba road leading to Abule Ado and the one leading to the newly refurbished Tulip Hotel, now managed by the UAC Group.

In an informal chat with the Special Adviser to Governor Fashola on Works and Infrastructure, Engr. Johnson,  Comrade Adewale Ayodele, Chairman of Amuwo Odofin council who is from Ward B in the area and Mrs. Bola Badmus, the Deputy Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly, who also represents the area in the state Assembly, the governor urged them to find a lasting solution to the roads.

Ado-Soba road is not only bad, its culvert recently caved and the Amuwo Odofin council has constructed the drainage channels on both sides of the road.
