Lagos-based group, Association of Good Leadership Advocates, Peace and Development has called on the leadership of the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN in Lagos State to act fast in providing good leaders for the state.
In a statement signed by the Publicity Secretary of the group, Alhaji Sanni Shinkafi, AGLAPD cautioned the ruling party not to take Lagosians for granted in the area of good governance.
“Majority of Lagosians are no longer enjoying good governance. The question on the lips of everybody now is what is happening in the state as things seem to have deteriorated.
“We are not blaming anybody, but the current executive should sit up.
“The party should sit up and tell them that Lagosians are not happy with what is going on and the situation should be addressed quickly,†Shinkafi stated.
The group promised to make known its stand on the political leadership of the state once the ACN makes it governorship flagbearer known in the state.
