Felabration Day 2; DJ ZEEZ Kick Starts Musical Show

As the 2010 edition of Felabration enters day two today, the O4Kasibe crooner, DjZeez,  will be leading other talented stars to the New Afrika Shrine to kick start the musical  performance.

Other  stars billed for the  show are  Dolondolo, Ice Prince, Jesse Jagz, Oritshe Femi,  Positive Force Band, Question Mark All Stars, and Skuki.

Yeni Kuti, Fela’s daughter, told P.M.NEWS that “there will be an average of seven musical  performances daily. The  Chairman of the planning committee, Theo Lawson, has submitted  the final list of the performing musicians, and they have also been coming for sound  check, so the stage is set for the week long activities.”

Speaking about the internationally acclaimed Makossa king, Awilo Logomba,Yeni said: “He  will definitely be in Nigeria to honour Fela, just wait and see.”

P.M.NEWS learnt that at least 45 Nigerian stars will be performing at this year’s edition  of Felabration which comes to an end on Sunday, 17 October, 2010.

Apart from the musical performances, those attending the event will have the opportunity  of winning about N100, 000 daily courtesy, Felamatrix.
