The body of a construction worker, Adeboye Idris Bamidele, 25, was on Sunday, found dangling from the ceiling fan inside his one room apartment at Pipeline Road, Idimu, Lagos, South-West Nigeria.
According to his friend, Kazeem Michael, a 12-year-old boy, discovered the body of Adeboye and raised an alarm that attracted neighbours. But before the body could be removed from the ceiling, he had already died.
Kazeem said the late Adeboye told him that he had a deal with his co-worker on a particular document which only him could sign and which his friend had refused to.
He added that on Friday, after the late Adeboye closed from work, his colleagues confronted him on the deal which forced him to leave the office premises.
P.M.NEWS learnt that neighbours contacted a mallam who helped them to remove the corpse of the late Adeboye. It was taken away in an ambulance to an unknown mortuary.
Some of the late Adeboye’s friends discribed him as a quiet person and wondered what the problem was that led him to commit suicide.
