Artisans in Delta have called on the Federal Government to urgently tackle the worsening  power problem in the country to save their trades.

They said that enhanced and stable power supply was the only way that would ensure  meaningful development in the country.

The artisans, who included welders and electrical technicians made the call in an  interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Asaba.

They said that it was sad that 50 years after the nation’s independence it was still  grappling with the problem of power supply.
