Youths in Eredo under the aegis of Eredo Youth Coalition have appealed to all Lagosians to cast their votes for Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola of Lagos State for a second term in office.
The youths made the appeal during a stakeholders’ meeting held recently in the town.
Prince Ademola Adedoyin and Mr. Tajudeen Ajumobi, chairman and secretary of the group respectively said that they made the appeal to enable the governor continue his good works in the state.
“We are convinced that an additional four years in office will contribute immensely to the drive by the governor to alleviate poverty, wipe out illiteracy, arrest infrastructure decay, stem insecurity in the state and achieve a mega city status, the group said.
Mr. Taiwo Abdullahi, founder/president of the group in the state said in order to ensure that the governor is re-elected, the group would soon embark on awareness rally throughout the state.
The group also congratulated Chief (Mrs.) Oluremi Tinubu and Alhaja Serifat Aregbesola on their 50th birthday celebrations.
Present at the meeting were Prince Adeleke Adesanya, Alhaji Abdul Akeem Okunola Adesanya, Hon. Adams Dehinde, Prince Omolibolah Alade, Saliu Badiru Kazeem and many others.
