BARAFASH Progressive Fans Forum, a non-political association has appealed to the leadership of Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN to ensure that only the aspirants who want to represent and serve the people are elected at the party’s primary.
The group made the appeal when its members officially declared for the ACN, Lagos chapter recently.
Chairman of the group, Comrade Taiwo Ajala told P.M.NEWS that the group joined the party not only to campaign for the re-election of Governor Babatunde Fashola but also to make its members full-fledged member of the ACN.
Ajala said that the group has been campaigning for Governor Fashola’s reelection because it was impressed by the outstanding performance of the governor.
He pledged the group’s unalloyed support and loyalty to the ACN
Receiving the group on behalf of the party, Chief Funsho Ologunde, the ACN’s Assistant Publicity Secretary in Lagos State, urged the group to register with the party at wards and local government levels to enable them become stakeholders in the party.
Ologunde also promised that each member of the group will be adequately taken care of.
