Award winner and multi-talented Akeem Lasisi has dropped his third album in the series titled Wonderland (Eleleture).
Akeem, a poet and musician, has performed poetry within and outside Nigeria in the past 15 years. Two of his collections Iremoje, a ritual poetry for the late Ken-Saro Wiwa and Night of My Flight, won the Association of Nigerian Authors/Cadbury Poetry prize in 2000 and 2005 respectively.
Currently, a journalist with The Punch newspaper, he had earlier produced two poetry/music albums christened Post Mortem and Ori Agbe.
Tracks in the album are Eleleture (Not a small world), Wonderland, Asabi Alakara (Heroine), Pareke, Omoabo produced by Segun Akinlolu (Beautiful Nubia) and Erin Karele, a song in memory of the late Chief Bola Ige.
