The annual Dr. Olukoya Tournament has entered the second round with teams from MFM Kaduna, Cameroon, Headquarters 1 and 2, Enugu advancing while actions continue today.
The football tournament, which draws teams from across Africa promises to be exciting as other teams are talking tough to move to the next stage.
In results of some of the matches played yesterday, MFM Benin lost 0-1 to Head Quarter 2, MFM Cameroon pipped MFM Akwa 3-0, MFM Mushin lost 0-1 to MFM Ejigbo. MFM Oshogbo played a 1-1 draw with MFM Mali, MFM Benin Republic and MFM Gbagada settled for a 1-1 draw, while Headquarter 1 whitewashed MFM Shagamu 7-0. Tent Makers lost 1-2 to MFM Agege, while the MFM Pastors defeated the Coaches 3-1 in a novelty match early today.
