France-based Edem Offiong is the only foreign based player in the female team. She will be joined by home-based quartet of Ganiat Ogundele, Olaide Atinuke, Halimo Hussein and Janet Effiom.

However, Germany-based Funke Oshonaike-Irabor was excluded from the list for failing to be part of the final assessment tourney organised for the players at the Indoor Sports Hall of the Liberty Stadium, Ibadan, Oyo State.
