More Winners Emerge In M-NET Naija Sings

Again pan-African television operator, M-Net, has shown that it is the leader in local content development and promotion as it went down to Calabar, the Cross River State capital, to pick three  young talents for the semi finals of Nigeria’s finest musical reality show, Naija Sings 2.

The winners, who would move on to the semi final stage of the competition, include Favour Abam, Rasine Brown and Leonard Etta. These three singing sensation would this month move to Lagos for the semi final stage of the show.

As early as 8 a.m., prior to the arrival of the audition judges, young musical talents besieged the city’s Cultural Centre, venue of the two-day event, to show that they have the unique voice to move on to the final stage of the singing competition.

Speaking on the reality show, Mrs. Biola Alabi, Managing Director of M-Net Africa, said the competition is designed to refine raw musical acts and showcase Nigeria’s best musical talents to the whole of Africa.

The auditions/regional finals of Naija Sings reality show, expected to take place in seven cities across the geo-political zones, would see the final winner smile home with $100,000.
