Enyimba Vow To Cancel 4-0 Deficit To Zanaco

Enyimba Football Club of Aba face a Herculean task on Sunday as they battle Zanaco Football Club of Zambia in the return leg of the Orange Confederation Cup in Aba.

The former African champions, who were walloped 4-0 by the Zambian team in the first leg played in Lusaka a fortnight ago, vowed that they have what it takes to cancel the scandalous goals deficit in the match scheduled for Aba International Stadium.

Media Officer of the team, Tonex Chukwu said players of the club will produce the greatest comebacks in the history of the continental club championship to progress to the next stage.

Chukwu, who spoke to P.M. Sports from Aba early today said the players are in good frame of mind to take their opponents to the cleaners.

“Everything is possible in football. I am quite impressed with the spirit of the players in camp and I won’t be surprised if we cancel the four goals deficit and go ahead to win the encounter in regulation time,” said Chukwu, who revealed that all their key players will feature in Sunday’s encounter.
