Rosemary Ebigwei Omeda, who started her musical career professionally in the United Kingdom where she made her name by perfoming at many shows and  alongside American superstar, Joe, at MTV Base Award in London, is in the news again.

In a chat with Awele, as she is popularly known, she revealed her passion for politics, while speaking from experience that the country needed to develop as people are suffering, urging government to provide for the masses.

According her, “Nigerians should take a step forward with our intellectual leaders who would lead the country. We are great people and with time and God by our side, we will overcome all challenges.”

She added: “our political leaders who want to lead the country should seriously have the people in mind, because they are there to serve and make sure the people see the prosperity of their work. Our leaders should be able to move the country forward, because the people living in the country need to enjoy the wealth of their nation.”
