One of the frontline fuji musicians in Nigeria, Alhaji Wasiu Ajani Tekoye, who left the shores of Nigeria two weeks ago, arrived London amidst pomp and pageantry as his teeming fans, especially Nigerian students, in the United kingdom were on hand to receive him.

In a telephone chat, Mr. Pure Water as he is popularly called, said “I was received by hundreds of my fans across Europe amidst pomp and pageantry.”

Consequently, a good number of London-based Nigerian music promoters have been showing interest to sign on the artiste for a deal, dangling juicy offers to him, just as he is billed to perform with other notable artistes in Dublin and Montreal, Canada.
