One of Nigeria’s rising star female singers and rapper Mo’Cheddah has just dropped her second new single Ko Maa Roll off her forthcoming highly anticipated debut album, The Franchise Celebrity.
Coming on the heels of her debut single If You Want Me, a track that is currently enjoying massive airplay, the album release date has been fixed for August 2010.
The song was produced by Legendary Beats, while the entire album will feature top rated stars such as Illbliss, Terry the Rapman, Tee-Y Mix, and Jesse Jagzz.
The 18-year old starlet born Modupe Oreoluwa Ola who lost the coveted Next Rated prize to Skuki at the recently held Hip-Hop World Awards, has collaborated with the likes of Kel, Sauce kid, MI and Teeto
She has equally been chosen as the first-ever beneficiary of MTV base’s newest project Brand New. Her video If You Want Me will go on high rotation on MTV Base for the month of July while she will feature in a series of MTV Base shows including MVP (Most Voted Playlist) and her own Mo’Cheddah-themed Top Ten, in which she will choose her favorite music videos and talk about their influence and impact on her.
