Matches continue today in the Atlantic conference of the NBBF/DSTV Premier League as Nigeria Customs Basketball Club take on Union Bank Basketball Club in a local derby at the National Stadium Indoor Sports Hall.
Port Harcourt-based high riding side in the conference, Royal Hoopers Basketball Club will battle Dodan Warriors tomorrow. They will also tackle Police Baton Basketball Club on Sunday.
Hoopers, coached by former point guard in the national team, Ogoh Odaudu, must be at their best to survive the double onslaught in Lagos as Dodan Warriors, their first opponents are without a win in the three week old league.
Odaudu, is confident that his side would win the two matches this weekend
His Police Baton counterpart, Mark Balogun, an Assistant Superintendent of Police, agreed that though the Hoopers are one of the best teams in the conference, he is optimistic of his sideâ€
Meanwhile, Lagos Islanders Basketball Club will travel to Asaba to keep a date with Delta Force Basketball Club tomorrow.
