The jerry cans which were 22 in numbers were filled with petrol illegally obtained from a pipeline sabotaged in Ogun State.

P.M.NEWS learnt that the suspects allegedly offered the DPO, Monday Akpan, N120,000 to grant them freedom but they were shocked when the DPO arrested them and threw them in the cell.

The men were said to be heading to Lagos Island through Isawo Road, Owutu, Ikorodu, when they were arrested.
