Dr Mrs Rachael Dickson gave birth to the quadruplets, last year, after several years of marriage.
Governor Seriake Dickson has married several wives with numerous children, but keeps Rachel as his official wife with him at Bayelsa Government House.
She has now returned to the country, with her children, a boy and three baby girls.
