The Oyo State Government has commiserated with the management and staff of an Ibadan-based radio station, Space FM, on the demise of its General Manager, Bunmi Atekoja.
Mr Toye Arulogun, the State Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, described Atekoja as an amiable person whose zeal for creativity and innovations would be greatly missed.
Arulogun, who visited the radio station, extolled the virtues of the late Atekoja, saying she lived a fulfilled and impactful life.
He said that her death came as a rude shock to the state government, adding that she would be remembered for her dedication to duty and unflinching support of the state government.
Arulogun condoled with the station, her family members, colleagues and friends, praying God to give them the fortitude to bear the loss.
