The Technical Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Monday recommended Frenchman Paul Le Guen to the federation’s Executive Committee as the new Super Eagles’ Technical Adviser.

Paul Bassey, a member of the committee, told newsmen after their meeting in Abuja that the committee also recommended Salisu Yusuf, the team’s interim coach, as Le Guen’s assistant.

“We also recommended Yusuf’ and Rangers International FC’s coach Imama Amapakabo as assistants, and Alloy Agu as the team’s goalkeeper trainer,’’ he said.

Bassey however noted that the recommendations were subject to ratification by the Executive Committee of the NFF.

“About a week ago, this committee met and shortlisted three coaches for the post of the Technical Adviser for the Super Eagles.
