Ogun SARS Boss Mr. Gbenga Megbope a Chief Superintendent of Police CSP has been honoured with an award of excellence.
The award which was given to the crime buster by a human rights body made up of journalists and human rights conferred Mr. Megbope as a crack detective and true crime fighter.
Mr. Megbope who recently single handedly refurbished two abandoned Armoured Personnel Carriers APC’s has received several awards as a crime fighters.
While presenting the award, the National President of the human rights body Comrade Charles Ojo described Mr. Megbope as an outstanding officer who knows the rudiments of his job and enjoins him to continue his good jobs.
Megbope thanked the human rights group for their thoughtfulness and promised not to rest on his oars.
Mr. Megbope later dedicated the award to all the officers and men of the federal SARS Ogun.
