Chief Ndubuisi Odigbo, Igbo community leader in Sokoto State, on Tuesday advised Judges handling corrupt cases to be fair and just in the discharge of their constitutional responsibilities.
Odigbo told NAN in Sokoto that the fight against corruption required the support of Nigerians.
He said that judges handling corrupt cases, especially the arms deal should demonstrate patriotism in the discharge of their constitutional responsibilities.
He advised them not to allow those indicted to corrupt them but to ensure diligent prosecution of cases brought before them.
Odigbo also commended the effort of President Buhari for being bold to fight the corruption in the country.
He described the fight against corruption as one of the best things that had happened to the nation.
He called on Nigerians to support the crusade against corruption to enable Nigerians to feel the dividends of democracy.
