Adamawa Government has approved N1 billion for the state House of Assembly for the execution of constituency projects in 2016, says the state Commissioner for Information, Malam Ahmad Sajoh.

Sajoh made this known on Wednesday while briefing newsmen on the outcome the State Executive Council meeting.

He said that the money had been captured in the 2016 budget and that it would go a long way in the execution of projects proposed by the lawmakers in their respective constituencies.

“So far, about 23 members of the House of Assembly have submitted their proposals which we found laudable.”
