Justice Gabriel Kolawole of Federal High Court, Abuja, entered the court room around 11.55am to begin delivery of the judgement in the five suits filed on Kogi 21 November gubernatorial election.
The election was declared inconclusive by the Independent national Electoral Commission, INEC.
However, on Sunday, 22 November, the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Abubakar Audu, died, just when he was coasting home to victory.
His sudden death led to the multiple cases the court is deciding right now.
