A don, Prof. Buliaminu Abdulkareem, has urged the Federal Government to pay a monthly stipend to unemployed graduates as part of efforts to check the rising cases of crime in the country.

Abdulkareem told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Akure on Wednesday that such a policy would boost the morale of young graduates and minimise the frustration occasioned by a feeling of societal neglect.
