Ikwoche said during investigation, it was discovered that they stole the animals from Abdullahi Abdulmumini and Mustapha Mohammed, respectively with intent to sell them.
‎The prosecutor said the offences contravened Sections 79, 288 and 306 of the Penal Code, which the convicts pleaded guilty and begged for‎ leniency.

Ikwoche, thereafter, prayed the court to try the accused summarily in line with Section 157 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
