The National Sports Commission on Tuesday in Abuja inaugurated a 12-man committee to review the 2009 National Sports Policy in line with contemporary sports administration.

Inaugurating the committee, Alhasan Yakmut, the Director-General of NSC, said the non-implementation of the national sports policy had bedevilled decision making in the sector.

“You must therefore collectively ensure that subsequent national sports policies are implemented and used as a guide in the administration of sports in Nigeria,’’ he said.
