Boko Haram bombs Damaturu, scores killed

Boko Haram has bombed the North east Nigerian town of Damaturu, capital of Yobe state

Scores of people have died and many injured, according to a report by the TVC news network.

The incident came in the wake of double blasts in a main market in Gombe on Thursday. Over 50 people were killed.

On 6 July, Boko Haram also bombed the Redeemed Church in Potiskum, also in Yobe state, killing many people.
