Ahead of next month’s 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, qualifier, Super Eagles and Enyimba striker, Mfon Udoh has admitted that the first qualifying game against Chad will be a difficult fixture because of the little African nation’s almost non-existent pedigree on the football map.

The all time goal scorer in the Globacom Premier League says the little known West Africa country is the reason the Eagles will not be taking anything for granted.

While speaking with www.footballlive.ng, Udoh assures that the Eagles will work very hard and won’t let the fans down.

“Team work is key if we would stand any chance in the qualifiers. We have a goal to achieve and that’s making it to Gabon. Though we don’t know much about Chad, without a doubt they’ve seen us play, so we’ll prepare just as hard for this game as we would against any other opponent,” Udoh said.
