Bernard Deker Chukwuka, a new music sensation, has released two singles: Onyeneku and Owo Mi Da.
In a chat with P.M.NEWS Entertainment Café, the musician, who said legendary Afro musician, the late Fela Anikulapo Kuti, is his role model, disclosed that he started singing professionally in 2012 with a band whose members later broke up to pursue solo careers.
“My parents did not support my career as much as I expected, but as one who was extremely determined, I was able to weather the storms that gathered on my way to excellence,” he said.
Onyeneku, the hit single, has been enjoying massive reviews and airplay on major radio stations in the country with the video also expected to hit the market soon.
“I want Nigerians to know that there are talents in this industry and we are ready to take the industry by storm,” said the 22-year-old who says Phyno influences him musically.
