Reports across several polling booths in Ikorodu have it that accreditation has ended and voting has commenced in earnest.
Babajimi Benson, one of the House of Representatives candidate told our correspondent that as at 1:55pm, he had voted and others in his polling booth had also started casting their votes.
Reports from Oriwu Merchant Unit 015 voting have it that voting has also commenced with many people who have already cast their votes and are waiting to monitor the outcome.
P.M. NEWS gathered that most of the venues where voting have commenced are places where accreditation began much earlier.
Every part of the division is relatively calm as only a few anomalies due to the poor state of the smart card readers. were reported although they have since been brought under control.
But, while some voters are complying with the ‘vote and go home’ order, several others are still adamant and want to know how the whole process would end in Ikorodu.
