The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed President of Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick, as a member of the Organising Committee for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.
In a letter signed by CAF President, Issa Hayatou, CAF invited the NFF boss to the opening ceremony of the 30th Africa Cup of Nations in Malabo on January 17, 2015, and also to coordinate one of the four centres during the three–week, 16–nation tournament.
The 30th Africa Cup of Nations will take place in four Equatorial Guinea cities between 17 January and 8 February 2015.
The Organising Committee for the Africa Cup of Nations is CAF’s top organising body.
