The Facebook account of the Managing Director of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, Saleh Dunoma, has been hacked, and the hackers are using the account to solicit for money, the agency said in a statement on Thursday.
“It has come to the notice of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria that some unscrupulous persons have hacked into the Facebook account of our Managing Director, Engr. Saleh Dunoma, and are now using the channel to solicit for funds.
“This clearly violates Engr. Dunoma’s privacy and must be stopped henceforth as the laws of the land frown at it,” said Yakubu Dati FAAN spokesman.
FAAN warned the perpetrators of “this unscrupulous act to desist from it”.
“We hereby call on the general public to disregard such financial pleas from the hackers on this platform.”
