National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Adamu Mu’azu, on Friday in Abuja, said that the country’s glorious destiny was without doubt tied to the lofty ideals of the party.

He stated this at the formal inauguration of the PDP Zonal Integration Committee, South-East caucus, at the party’s headquarters.

According to him, members of the committee are selected because of their great party spirit and high strength of character.

He said the members were “well-equipped and disposed to create value, add value and protect values within the PDP family.”

Mu’azu called on them to ensure that they repositioned the party to make it the party to beat ahead of the 2015 general elections.

He said if PDP members resolved to turn the fortunes of the party around, it would not only remain the party to beat but the “toast of Nigerians on a sustainable basis.”
