Top Nigerian comedians are set to support one of their own in a strictly comedy show titled, Odogwu Standing Ovation.
Odogwu Sylvester Obialor, the creative talent behind the show, said he decided to do a 100-percent comedy show because he wants to be different as well as create a unique show and give his fans a different experience.
The show scheduled to hold on Sunday 21 September at the Muson Centre, Onikan-Lagos, will feature talented and creative comedians including Bovi, Buchi, Emeka Smith, Akpororo, Osama, Ajebo, Dan D Humourous, Babakay and Romeo among others.
Olujuwon Bukunola-Philips, Odogwu’s publicist told P.M.NEWS Entertainment Cafe that it is a common secret in the industry that Odogwu is a joke-spinning machine who many resort to for inspiration.
“As a result of this, the audience are guaranteed added value for their money,” Bukunola-Phillips assured.
MC Abbey and broadcaster Lolo1 of Wazobia will anchor the event.
